Sagger World Holidays protect your privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified, such as name, address, and telephone number) you share with us. We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our websites.


With specific reference to third party NPII advertising, we use third-party service providers to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet and sometimes on this site. They may collect anonymous information about your visits to our website, and your interaction with our products and services. They may also use information about your visits to this and other websites to target advertisements for goods and services. This anonymous information is collected through the use of a ‘pixel tag’, which is industry standard technology used by most major websites. No personally identifiable information is collected or used in this process. Such third parties do not know your name, phone number, address, email address, or any personally identifying information.


With specific reference to booking/e-commerce transactions, SWH collects the following personal sensitive information from you while transacting through us:
• Name and Sex

• Phone Number

• Address

• Credit Card details

• Date of birth in case of a child


SWH does not sell or trade upon any of the above foregoing information without the consent of the user or customer. The foregoing information collected from the users/customers/travellers is put to the following use:
• Customer name, address, phone number, traveller’s name and age are shared with applicable service providers like the airlines, hotels, etc., for the purpose of reservation and booking the services for the customer/traveller.

• Information like Credit Card Details and Net Banking Details are usually collected directly by the payment gateways and banks and not by SWH, but if ever stored or retained by us, remain internal and is never shared, except that they may be shared with third party private/government security agencies to screen for fraudulent activities. These details are also shared with certain third parties only for the purpose of processing ‘Cash Back & Discounts’ and Charge Backs, if applicable.

• Information like Mobile no, e-mail address and postal address may be used for promotional purposes, unless the customer/user “opts-out” of such use.

We have implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access and improper use or disclosure. Please contact us on email address on website to obtain names and addresses of the specific entites that shall have access to your personal information in a given transaction.

If our privacy policy changes in the future, it will be posted here and a new effective date will be shown. You should access our privacy policy regularly to ensure you understand our current policies.

Online Card Payments
Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by us 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

SWH charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.

An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.

How will I get my e-ticket details?
Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking please call our office

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?
Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, SWH will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from travelling.

How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with a photo identity proof (passport, driver’s license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.

Prepaid Ticket Advice (“PTA”)
A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice. We will give you a PTA number that you need to present at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will print and give you your ticket at that time.

You can cancel your booking for this you need to speak to our office and there will be a service fees other then airline chargesPlease refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, You shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable refunds, as per the defined policies, within 90 days from the travel date in case of air. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiry of 90 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.

Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets are at all times subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied or may be payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account. Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows.

Master User Agreement: Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Sagger World Holidays a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its principal office at Ludhiana provides various travel related services through its Website , retail outlets, mobile-cellular technology as well as through its call-center.
1.2 SWH shall provide you (“User”) travel-related information, pricing, availability and reservations for airlines, hotels, holiday packages, and car rentals across cities and rural areas throughout India These Services may be availed by the User in India or aborad at any time during the year as is offered by various third party vendors like airlines, hotels, etc.(“Service Providers”).
1.3 This Master User Agreement(“Agreement”)is applicable to all SWH Services. In addition to this Agreement and depending on the Services opted for by the User, the User shall be required to read and accept the relevant terms and conditions of service(“TOS”) for each such Service, which may be updated or modified by SWH from time to time. Such TOS shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement and in the event of a conflict between such TOS and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail
1.4 swh Services are offered to the User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement and the TOS, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that availing of the Services by the User constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the User of this Agreement and the TOS. If the User does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, the User must not avail SWH Services.
1.5 SWH at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the User through the Website OR DIRECT OFFICE without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by SWH is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the User and accepted by SWH

2. Modification of Terms

SWH reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

3. Privacy Policy
The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy. The User further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties/Limitation of Liability
4.1 SWH has endeavored to ensure that all the information provided by it is correct, but SWH neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data or information. SWH makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the Website and/or its contents and disclaims all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability in respect of services, including any liability, responsibility or any other claim, whatsoever, in respect of any loss, whether direct or consequential, to any User or any other person, arising out of or from the use of any such information.
4.2 To the extent SWH acts only as a booking agent and facilitator of Services on behalf of third party service providers, it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the service provider and the User as regards the standards and rendering of services by the service providers. In no circumstances shall SWH be liable for the services provided by the service provider.
4.3Also, SWH is not the service provider and cannot therefore control or prevent changes in the published descriptions or representations, which are always based upon information provided by the service providers. SWH acts only as a facilitator of Services and shall not be held liable for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by Service Providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the fares and charges paid to Service Providers. All refunds to User/customer on account of cancellation of any tickets/services or otherwise shall be made subject to receipt of such refunds by SWH from the respective Service Provider including Airlines.
4.4 SWH does not endorse any advertiser on its website in any manner. The Users are requested to verify the accuracy of all information on their own before undertaking any reliance on such information.
4.5 SWH does not, by offering travel related services to particular destinations, represent or warrant that travel to such destinations is without risk, and shall not be liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
4.6 In no event shall SWH be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the services; (b) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the services; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of the User’s transmissions or data; (d) any other matter relating to the services; including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with availing services from SWH

5. Links to Third Party Sites
5.1 The Website may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of SWH or the Website and SWH is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. SWH is not responsible for any form of transmission, whatsoever, received by the User from any Linked Site.

6. Prohibition Against Unlawful Use
As a condition of the use of the Website, the User warrants that they will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or illegal under any law for the time being in force within or outside India or prohibited by this Agreement and/or the TOS including both specific and implied. In addition, the Website shall not be used in any manner, which could damage, disable, overburden or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use and/or enjoyment of the Website. The User shall refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for or through the Website.

7. Use of Communication Services
7.1 The Website may contain services such as email, chat, bulletin board services, information related to various tourist spots, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Communication Services”). The User agrees and undertakes to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, the User agrees and undertakes that when using a Communication Service, the User will not:
• defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;
• publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;
• upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws unless the User owns or controls the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
• upload or distribute files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website or another’s computer;
• advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages;
• conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters;
• download any file posted by another User of a Communication Service that the User know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
• falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;
• violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Communication Service;
• violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force in or outside India; and
• violate any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or any other terms and conditions for the use of the Website contained elsewhere herein.
7.2 Yatra reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as is necessary to satisfy or comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Yatra’s sole discretion.

7.3 The User shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the SWH Services.

8. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SWH from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by SWH that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the User pursuant to this Agreement and/or the TOS.

9. Severability
9.1 If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.
9.2 The User agrees that SWH may under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate the User’s user id and access to the Website/Services. Causes for termination may include, but shall not be limited to, breach by the User of this Agreement or the TOS, requests by enforcement or government agencies, requests by the User, non-payment of fees owed by the User in connection with the Services as specified in the applicable TOS.
The User shall have no right and SWH shall have no obligation thereafter to execute any of the User’s uncompleted tasks or forward any unread or unsent messages to the User or any third party. Once the User’s registration or the Services are terminated, cancelled or suspended, any data that the User has stored on the Website may not be retrieved later.

All notices and communications (including those related to changes in the TOS, Service, termination of Service etc.,) shall be in writing, in English and shall deemed given if delivered personally or by commercial messenger or courier service, or mailed by registered or certified mail (return receipt requested) or sent via email/facsimile (with acknowledgment of complete transmission) to the following address:

This agreement and each TOS shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of LUDHIANA,PUNJAB.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRODUCTS NOT ‘SERVICED BY Sagger World Holidays’
These terms of service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) between SAGGER WORLD HOLIDAYS . (hereinafter referred to as “SWH”) and the users of the Marketplace (hereinafter referred to as “User”) describe, inter alia, the terms of offer for availing services, purchase of services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by the third party service provider (hereinafter referred to as “Vendor”).

12. PAYMENT OPTIONS

12.1 Online Card Payments
12.1.1. Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system.
12.1.2. SWH makes best efforts to fulfil information security requirements and as a Verisign Certified Site, uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect Users credit card information. User can make bookings for desired services using SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions).
12.2 Gateway Charges
12.3 Please note that SWH cannot control any fees that may be charged to User by his/her bank related to such a transaction and SWH disclaims all liability in this regard.

13 AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
13.1 All amendments and cancellation of booking shall be as per the notifications/ policy provided by the Vendor and shall be routed through SWH.

14 USERS RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY
14.1 General Understanding
14.1.1. User shall be responsible for their own actions in utilizing the Services purchased by User, and Yatra shall not be liable for any such action. SWH is only providing a platform for communication and it is agreed that the contract for Service shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the Vendor and User.
