All terms and conditions along with privacy policy are assumed to be read, Understood and Agreed by you.

References to “us”, “we” and/or “our” in these booking terms and conditions shall mean SAGGER WORLD HOLIDAYS (SWH), Where bookings of travel products are made on your behalf through SWH in these booking terms and conditions shall also mean and include SWH. These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make with our consultants (in-store, over phone or by email) as well as online ( WHATS APP AND OTHER SOCIAL PLATFORMS )

ACT AS AGENT / CONSULTANT

We act as an agent/consultant for, and sell various travel related products as agent on behalf of, numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail, Visa Assistance, Sightseeing’s, Hotels and cruise line operators, as well as all of our wholesalers for travel-related services. Any services we provide to you are collateral to that agency relationship. We exercise care in the selection of reputable service providers, but we are not ourselves a provider of travel services and have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability, imposed by these service providers. We only act as a travel agent to make arrangements on behalf of the third-party service provider and we don’t own these services on our own. In event of any service not provided by the service provider, Sagger World holidays can’t be held liable for any such situation and won’t be held accountable for any refunds. All such matters must be looked into directly with the supplier.

PASSPORTS & VISAS

All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return. When assisting with an international travel booking, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid passport with more than 6 months of validity . If this is not the case, you must let us know before making a booking. It is important that you ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration of countries. This will be your sole responsibility to check before you make a booking. In checking for the information for you SWH does not warrant the accuracy of information provided by any external service and accept no liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer in reliance on it. We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your travel arrangements. You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements relevant to your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation if needed.

PRICE  AND PAYMENT 

Please note prices are guaranteed for same-day payment and may change with taxes that are out of our control. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. If you request any changes after issuing a ticket that will incur the Airline and our service fee. Many of the fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. You must know the conditions applicable to the fare you are booking. Ask your consultant for more detail on that. We are not liable for any charges or loss incurred as a result of any errors/mistakes in the flights booked, visa or passport issues, any schedule change or flight cancellation by the airline after the tickets have been finalised. 

CANCELLATION/REFUND  

Cancelled bookings may also incur supplier fees, which can be up to100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Supplier fees may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee for any booking which you change or cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee. Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier, we will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier. Credit Card Payment Attract fees and You authorise us to charge all fees incurred by you in relation to the services provided to the credit card designated by you. If payments not received from the card issuer or its agents for any reason, you agree to pay us all amounts due immediately on demand. You consent that you will not make any chargeback as well as no claim will be made to request the reversal of Credit Card fees while applying for refunds. Credit card surcharges apply when paying by credit card. Airline taxes are subject to change and are confirmed at the time your airline ticket is issued. There may also be a local tax charged at some airports.

RECOMMENDATION

We recommend that you contact the airline to confirm your scheduled departure time 72 hours prior to your flight

If any dispute arises between you and us.  it will be subject to Ludhiana (Punjab)  jurisdiction ONLY

We act as an agent/consultant for and sell various travel related products as agent on behalf of, numerous transport, accommodation and other service providers, such as airlines, coach, rail, Visa Assistance, Sightseeing’s, Hotels and cruise line operators so we need to disclose your Personal Information to these Travel providers to enable them to provide you with their Travel services and to assist in making your experience a satisfying one. As these providers require this Personal Information when making your booking, if it is not provided we will not be able to finalise your booking. We will be sending to them with your consent only.

We collect all the necessary information required to facilitate your travel booking i.e. your name, telephone number, e-mail address, residential address, mailing address, credit card details ( If required ), passport details, information related to your dietary requirements and health issues you are facing (if any) or other details related to your travel process. Under some circumstances such as when you are submitting feedback, participating in a survey or competition, we may collect your personal information. We will collect it only with your consent.

The primary purpose of collecting your personal information is to assist you with your travel arrangements or other related processes. However, it may differ in circumstances as disclosed in the policy. We may use your information to inform you about the on-going promotions (related to Sagger World Holidays and its other bodies) via e-mail but you can opt-out from it anytime by clicking on to the unsubscribe link. We may also use your information in market research and other purposes permitted for Travel.

We may need to disclose your personal information if requested by a governmental or law enforcement authority for any reason. Such reasons may include: fraud or bring legal action against someone who may be causing, or who may be threatening to cause interference with, or damage to our rights, or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities, this includes breaking the Law.
